EHG partners the oldest students with the youngest students to bake a special treat together.
As they organize and motivate the younger students, the older students learn to take responsibility seriously. This program cultivates leadership, community and liability in the oldest students, preparing them for the upcoming school years, while helping the youngest strengthen their fine motor skills and sensorial refinement.
Students are responsible for the preparation and measurement of the ingredients, gathering all the materials and making sure that all equipment and workspaces are
cleaned and ready for the next lesson. The baked goods are priced, packaged and sold through the Little Market.
