Gardening in Schools
Earth Heart Growers offers an original garden curriculum where gardening is connected to standards of education.
Students learn to grow their own food, understand the food cycle from seed to plate to composting while having a hands on experience learning about: soils, life cycles, plants and food, Sustainability and other important subjects.
School Gardens are grown by students from seeds, allowing them to see the full process and understand the different seasons for growing and planting.

We offer a hands-on experience that deepens the understanding of academic concepts and contributes to physical well-being.
We are also working alongside other local non-profit organizations in efforts to help the ecosystem and the Charleston native environment, developing community awareness and increasing participation in our students and families.
