EHG connects students and community through hands-on programs in gardening, cooking, sustainability, garden teacher training, and farm-to-table field trips. Our 'hands-in-dirt' experiences enrich education, fostering future chefs, foodies, and farmers. in partnership with Joseph Fields Farm.
The EHG CURRICULUM complements the existing educational system by meeting South Carolina state standards with hands-on, outdoor learning opportunities that provide immersive educational experiences in the natural world.
EHG provides In-School & After-School Educational Programs, Customized Farm Visits, Cooking Classes & Educational Presentations.
