Steven Willard began practicing Yoga in order to heal injuries and handle stress, then got hooked on feeling better. He completed his 200 hour certification in 2007. His classes are rooted in the concept of doing less harm - ahimsa. Every class is different, but all are intense, playful, sometimes funny, sometimes loud and challenging. His aim is to provide a supportive, energetic and challenging environment which enables students to discover the life-changing power of yoga for themselves.
Trace Sahaja Bonner
Trace Sahaja Bonner, E-RYT 500, is the Founder and Director of Holy Cow Yoga Center. She began her practice more than 25 years ago, and is a certified Advanced Integral Yoga teacher (influenced by Sri Swami Satchidananda). Having studied in India and the US, Trace Sahaja continues to draw from a variety of great teachers in the west. She takes workshops with a host of contemporary Yoga teachers to deepen her personal understanding of Yoga. Yoga is about having fun with the journey, so she enjoys bringing her lighthearted teaching style to all levels of Yoga classes, Teacher Trainings, workshops on Meditation, Advanced Studies and the Yoga Sutras.
In a culture of scarcity where nothing is ever enough, yoga gave Ashley the courage to be seen, and the freedom to speak her truth. Ashley was born in Charleston and holds a 200-hour yoga teacher certificate through yoga alliance covering Yin, meditation, prenatal, trauma sensitive, & Vinyasa. Ashley has a 9 year background as a bodywork therapist and specializes in Medical, Sports, Neuro, Swedish techniques to use the physical body as a medium to the only thing this practice is invested in: the ability and the art of letting go.
Alex is a yoga teacher with 8 years and 5,000+ hours experience leading adult Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga classes.
She is a fierce advocate for personal sovereignty and social justice. Alex has three youth yoga certifications including 40 hours for incarcerated and at-risk youth; She's completed the SuperHealth Training in Yogic Science for Addiction and Recovery. Her Kundalini Yoga classes, informed by her own dance background and Hatha Yoga practice, are designed to restore a sense of self and revitalize the Spirit. Alex plays the harmonium and symphonic gong, infusing sacred sound, heartfelt devotion and prayerful meditation into class.

Noodle McDoodle (Don Whitley) is a local artist and teacher, he got his is clown name so many years ago while working at Camp Winnrainbow, a circus and performing arts camp in northern California. He has taught all kinds of workshops including puppetry, clowning, juggling, cartooning, improvisation, and ukulele. Here in South Carolina he leads his Swing band, the V-Tones of Charleston, and tutors math. His motto is: Learning Should Be Fun
Nina is a local Gullah Geechee
Hip Hop & R/B artist who expresses
her passion for our youth thru music, fashion and dance.
She is a Community Leader and have many years of experience teaching African Dance to children and adults in the Holy City.
Nina inspire many young children in the underserved community who follow her lead. She is the founder and Director of Turn Up and Dance, a group of young children that performs around the Charleston area.
Slim S.O.U.L is a hip hop producer, musician, and poet as well as executive director and founder of Soul power productions, a non profit with a mission of arts advocacy and education to under served areas. Whether it's solo sets with his mpc and keyboard, or a full band with various local artist to create the S.O.U.L slim brings smooth 90s style boom bap together with eclectic soul and funk samples. With sounds similar to the roots and de la soul Slim brings a neo soul sound to his hip hop with the help of members of local bands ManChild and Little Bird
After over 25 years spent traveling the globe & studying different forms of music and culture on five continents, RM Founder Daniel Scruggs created the mobile educational program Rhythm Moves to develop and share his love for music, culture and learning. Rhythm Moves music and cultural education programs and workshops have been presented in schools and universities, community centers, hospitals, detention centers, rehabilitation centers, substance abuse treatment centers, senior centers, cultural and music festivals, private parties, corporate conferences + team building events. Rhythm Moves believes in, and aspires to be a lifelong student of the Montessori Method of learning and education.
April's mission in life is to protect plant diversity, connect humans to plants, and to restore your health and wellness with primarily native plants. Teaching and sharing knowledge about medicinal plants brings April immense joy. April integrates 23 years of plant study (two-year Horticulture Degree 1997-1998, Traditional Herbalism Course 2006, Bachelor of Science/Botany 2007, Master of Science in Botany 2013, and thousands of hours of independent ethnobotanical research and self-practice, into her courses.

Kelly Bailey is bringing kids yoga to the farm! She is a certified Kids Yoga Teacher as well as a 200hr RYT. She has worked with children of all ages in multiple schools and events throughout the Lowcountry and Holy Cow Yoga Center. Kelly teaches focus, concentration and patience through postures, creative movement, music, art, games and breathing practices. These techniques help kids to manage stress, build strength, flexibility and educates children to connect with their bodies.
Liz is a certified yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and akashic records reader, she also holds a certification in sound healing which has become one of her favorite services to the world.
Liz uses sacred sound instruments like the gong, crystal singing bowls, and drums to balance frequency by projecting the sound via sympathetic resonance into the imbalanced area, restoring the natural harmony and allowing the body to relax. Whether is a sound bath, chanting or dancing, she holds space to reconnect thru music and sound, offering an opportunity to immerse in high-frequency vibrations.
Liz Firestone is a clinical family herbalist in Charleston. She has always had a love for Mother Nature and is happiest near the water. Her love of nature and passion for a natural lifestyle led her to herbalism. She apprenticed with clinical herbalist, Pat Harpell, and is committed to self study with other herbalists and with the herbs themselves.
Liz owns Crescent Moon Apothecary and sees clients at Lotus Healing Center. She honors her clients by treating them with love, words, and herbs.
When Liz isn't playing with plants, you can find her out on the boat with her family, paddleboarding the creeks, gardening, and cooking.
